This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") describes how the CatchEdge service (the "Service") provided by [COMPANY LLC] ("we", "us") may and may not be used. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP. The AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use.

1. Permitted Use

CatchEdge is intended for personal trading analysis, journaling, and AI-assisted coaching on trading accounts that you control and have the legal right to analyze. Typical permitted use includes:

• Importing your own trade fills from supported brokers
• Reviewing AI-generated debriefs and rule suggestions
• Configuring scaling ladders and daily loss limits
• Sharing anonymized statistics with trading educators or coaches with your consent

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate the law. Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including securities fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, or tax evasion.
• Abuse the infrastructure. Circumvent rate limits, scrape other users' data, launch denial-of-service attacks, upload malware, or otherwise interfere with the Service.
• Reverse-engineer. Decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Misappropriate data. Upload trade data, broker credentials, or any other information that you do not have the legal right to use.
• Abuse AI features. Use the AI coaching features to generate content that is harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable; attempt to manipulate the AI via prompt injection to produce policy-violating output; or re-sell AI outputs as standalone products.
• Resell the Service. Resell, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without a separate written agreement from [COMPANY LLC].
• Share accounts. Allow more than one person to use a single CatchEdge account, or share your credentials with anyone else.
• Impersonate. Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the source of any data you upload.

3. Account Hygiene

• One person per account. Teams should use separate accounts.
• Keep your credentials secret. Do not share passwords or API tokens.
• Keep your email address current so we can reach you for security notices and verification.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of data you submit. The license you grant CatchEdge to process that data is described in Section 4 of the Terms of Use.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Depending on severity, we may warn you, temporarily suspend your access, permanently terminate your account, delete offending content, report violations to law enforcement, or take any combination of these actions. We try to notify users before taking action when it is safe and practical to do so.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to [email protected]. We investigate every report.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice, and we may require you to re-accept the updated AUP.
